Keren is a first-generation Guatemalan American. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Her parents immigrated from Guatemala to the United States in hopes of providing her a better future. Keren received her associate’s degree in Political Science from Santa Monica College, and later transferred to attend the University of California, Irvine where she graduated Cum Laude and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
Before Joining Alami Law, Keren advocated for the Immigrant Community of Southern California with organizations like Al Otro Lado. Keren hopes to one day attend Law School to continue her advocacy an an immigration attorney.
