Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Ulises moved to the United States at the age of three.
Having grown up as an undocumented immigrant, Ulises understands the hardships that people without legal status in the United States facefirst-hand.
The implementation of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in 2012 allowed him and millions of other individuals to obtain temporary legal status, as well as work authorization, both of which have become instrumental in his pursuit of higher education.
Ulises currently attends Pasadena City College as a Political Science major. His goal is to transfer to a university where he can earn a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and thereafter pursue a law degree.
Ulises specializes in Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Naturalization and Travel Document cases.
